Return and Exchange Policy

At "Al-Muhannad Sweets and Herbs Store", we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet your expectations. Due to the nature of our products (food items and herbs), we adhere to strict policies to ensure your safety and the integrity of our products, in accordance with the following terms:
1. Exchange Policy
Time Limit: The customer is entitled to request a product exchange within two days (48 hours) only from the date of receipt. This right expires automatically after this period.
Product Condition: The product must be in its original, intact condition, unopened, and unused, with the customer having derived no benefit from it. The store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the exchange.
Valid Reasons for Exchange: Order error, receipt of a product that does not match the required specifications, or the presence of a manufacturing defect.
- Customer Preference: If the customer wishes to exchange a non-defective product (subject to the terms and conditions), the customer shall bear the shipping costs (both ways).
- International Exchange: The buyer shall bear all shipping costs, fees, and the responsibility of delivering the product to the shipping carrier.
- Store Error or Product Defect: The customer will be compensated, and the store will bear all associated costs.
2. Non-Exchangeable Cases
- If the product was manufactured based on a special request from the customer or according to specifications they provided (except in the case of a defect or non-compliance with the agreed specifications).
- If a defect appears in the product resulting from improper handling or storage by the customer.
3. Return Policy
The customer is not entitled to return the product in general cases.
As our products fall under the category of (Food and Perishable Products), or are manufactured and prepared based on the customer’s request and special specifications, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept return requests in order to maintain public health and quality standards.
